This charger is durable and works fast and is dependable. Use it a lot. So does my husband. It was so helpful when our power went out.

Returned multiple chargers until I found this one & it a keeper! Fits great in my jacket pocket! I especially like the lightning & c on board chargers it eliminates carrying separate wires.

This was an awesome purchase. I recommend this to all cell phone users. It has a charging cable for just about every phone. And the battery doesn’t run down if it not being used.

Stopped working after a few weeks. Wee-Fancy customer support has not responded.
I purchased the battery pack about three months ago, but it stopped working roughly two months later. It no longer charges or can charge any devices, and the screen is completely dead. Pressing and holding the power button has no effect. I tried using Wee-Fancy's contact form on their website, which I found through Amazon, but I haven't received a response in the past few weeks. I have reached out again for assistance and to inquire about a possible exchange.I loved the product when it was working. I do like the size of the battery pack and the cables that come with it. The size is small, but it holds a lot of charge. An exchange from the company would be great if they can't fix this one.I hope they respond soon. If they do, I will update this post and consider increasing my rating, as good customer service goes a long way.

Need more history and usage, but so far I am very pleased. Might buy 2 more and retire some older packs

Faster than a scalded cat!
This thing is fast! It charges faster than the wall outlet. It’s a great size and lightweight. I love the readout screen too. Everyone that I let use it goes immediately to Amazon to buy one.
