We've only used the switch with the factory preset time so uncertain how easy it is to adjust. Regardless, the blue indicator light is great for a quick glance to know if the Panasonic fan we are using it for is on or off, as it is really quiet.

My master bath is opposite my home office. I can't always shut the fan off due to meetings, etc. So, installing a timer switch seemed like a good idea. I was wrong: IT'S GREAT!!! The install was pretty straight forward, and tapping the button has it run (for 15 min, in my case) and then )))poof((( it shuts off. I have to dock one star because to change the timer setting (e.g. from 15 min to a lower or higher limit) requires removing the entire switch plate, THEN using a teeny tiny tool to change the setting. I can live with the limitation, but they should at least allow changing the time limit without have to remove the switche' cover.

I wanted a 5-min per hr cycle but does not operate when dial is set halfway between 0 and 10. Set on 10 and runs for 6 minutes so dial calibration is off. However, result is acceptable because once set I won't be changing. Have to remove cover plate in order to remove dials cover with provided tool. I am able to remove dials cover without having to remove cover plate by using very tiny screwdriver.

This seems like a nice product. Wish I could have got it working. Nowhere in the description did it make clear that in order to use this in a switch box you must have a neutral wire present. I notice other electrical switches available specify whether a neutral wire is required or not. So since the description didn't mention it I assumed it was not required. I called the listed product support number and they verified that a neutral is required. Beware!

I wanted a fan timer that wasn't ugly. I had purchased a lutron unit which looked great BUT it didn't work for me since my fan was too efficient (it needed to be at least a 40 watt fan). All the other units out there were just ugly - tons of buttons, odd layouts, etc. This guy is super simple - on and off and the adjustments are hidden. Fits right into the bathroom and works like a charm w/ all fans.

Perfect solution for me. I will be purchasing again for second bathroom. My home is pretty air tight with baseboard heat and humidity gets pretty high and I battle condensation on windows. At a tiny fraction of the cost of a heat exchanger (which is not feasable in my home) this greatly helps keeping air fresh and humidity down.

Shuts the fan off after an hour.

This timer is terrific. It has both an adjustable countdown timer - tap to operate, and an automatic every hour timer for room ventilation. An easy installation.
