Works. Use gloves/mask if you're sensitive to strong smells.
This stuff blasts gunk out of the sink drain and offers a nice smell, too. It is a strong smell, so I use gloves/mask to keep from getting a headache/dry mouth from it. But it works and the decent smell lasts in the drain for days.I find it works best if I remove the drain cover in the sink and run the tube down the overfill drain. The foam comes up the main drain and brings the clogging material with it. I've also run the tube down the main drain to get it to clean out the overfill. You can scoop up the clog with paper towel and dispose of it.It might also help to use a flexible drain brush - run the drain brush up/down the pipes a few times and then give them another dose of foam. This set https://www.amazon.com/Bozenu-Flexible-Double-Cleaning-Cleaner/dp/B0BG27L9VM/ref=sr_1_7?sr=8-7 is close to what I use.The foam seems to help the sink and tub drain faster, and it helps remove the nasty odor that grows in the drain. The smell is a little strong if you give the sink say, 3 shots of foam, so you'll want to ventilate the space for a while. Using the foam and brushes is pretty much the only way I've found to really get rid of that funky smell (Drano, bleach, vinegar/baking soda, boiling water don't do as well for as long).

Works amazingly well. Got rid of the rotten egg smell from my bathroom sink overflow
For the record I am reviewing: Quest Specialty DIGEST PLUS Foaming Drain Cleaner and Odor Eliminator, 2 countSo, after reading several reviews I decided to give this stuff a try. My bathroom sink has had this rotten egg stench coming from the drain for about three months. Every time we ran some water it would stink really bad and bending over when brushing your teeth was like sticking your head into a garbage can that had been sitting in the sun.Our sink has a small overflow opening in the front for water to go thru when it gets near the top. I figured the smell was coming from their. I put the tube which did come with the can, got two cans and two tubes, into the overflow opening and attached the other end to the can, then gave it good shake, and pressed the button. It flushed the drain out really well like so many have shown in their pictures. I let a mound of foam pile up in the sink and then let it sit there until all the foam was gone. I let it sit for about an hour or two then washed all the gunk down the drain. I then repeated the process probably five more times. Letting the foam sit and do it's work for several hours each time before washing the gunk away. I immediately noticed the fragrance. I am not a person that enjoys perfumes and fragrances so it was not appealing for me. But it was not bad either it was not over powering. When I was done, I removed the hose from the can and left the other end in the opening of the sink and ran hot water thru the overflow to rinse the area out. That might be the trick to getting a really well done job completed. Once that was done I washed the sink, and the perfume smell was down to a minimum. For me that was perfect. The best part was this morning when I brushed my teeth, NO ROTTEN EGG SMELL. Yes it worked and it worked really well. So, the only thing to do now is see how long it takes for the smell to return, I imagine that since this is the first time in the past 15 years that this sink drain and overflow have actually been cleaned, and rinsed with HOT water that the smell will not come back anytime soon, but IF IT DOES, I will come back and update my review. But for now, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Although, I didn't need to buy two cans. The first can still has about a third left in it and I used a lot each time. So, maybe only get one can if you have only one sink. But if you have several I would think two cans can handle three sinks.Hope this helps. On December 2nd I had to clean the drain out again. So, I am pretty pleased that this product cleaned out my sink for about 6 months. The really nice part is that I am still using the first can and have enough to last me for the next year or more. Still loving this product.

Awesome job!
Product framed up very fast. A lot of Gunk and dirt came up. The smell was very pleasant and lemony. Definitely recommend for cleaning out drains. My picture wouldn't upload but it definitely worked!

It is NOT UNscented!!! A smaller hose is needed to fit through kitchen sink drain.
If strong fragrances cause you headaches, DON’T buy this product!!! Despite the fact that this product is described as “unscented“ several times in the product description, it is definitely not!!When I opened the box containing this product and 4 other items, I was overwhelmed with a SUPER STRONG cheap, RANCID perfume fragrance!! Immediately I checked the clear plastic bag that the two cans were in, to see if any of the product had leaked out during shipping, but I saw no evidence of leakage. So just to be sure that the smell was coming from this product, I separately smelled each item contained in the box, and the item that smelled the strongest was this product. That means that the smell of this product was so strong, that the other items in the box had absorbed some of the nasty fragrance. It also means that if the smell of this product is THAT strong when it is contained in a metal can that has NOT leaked, how much stronger the smell of the product must be when it is squirted out of the can into the drain!!!!I could tell that this fragrance was so strong that it would likely fill the house for many days and cause me extreme migraine headaches!! If you battle with migraine headaches like I do and strong smells are a trigger for some of your migraines, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!As soon as I realized that the nasty fragrance was coming from THIS item, I put it out in the garage overnight. The label on the can clearly lists “fragrance“ as one of its ingredients.I am not giving the product a 1 star rating because I never got to use it to see how well it would work. But I cannot give it a higher rating than 3 stars because of the horribly super strong nasty fragrance that kept me from being able to use this product. My kitchen sink drain is NOT clogged, but it has developed a strong moldy/mildew smell that I have not been able to get rid of, despite using baking soda & vinegar twice overnight, then borax twice overnight, then 32 ounces of hydrogen peroxide overnight. I was really hoping to be able to use this product to eradicate that moldy smell, but I figured it would be horrendously foolish to use this product with a super strong nasty rancid cheap perfume smell that will stink up my entire house for many days to get rid of a moldy smell, because I would be substituting one migraine-causing problem for another.Until I can find something to eradicate the moldy smell in my kitchen drain, I have been able to contain the moldy smell by covering the drain with a small plastic bowl when the drain is not in use. This has worked GREAT & kept the moldy smell from filling my kitchen and house. But for those of you that are thinking of trying this drain foam and then just covering the drain with a bowl while the foam works, I must warn you that the short amount of time that the foam will be able to off-gas it’s super strong nasty fragrance while you are squirting it into the drain and it is overflowing from the drain into the sink which you will not be able to rinse down for at least an hour, that is long enough for this super strong nasty smell to fill your entire house! I don’t recommend trying that! And for those of you that are going to try it anyway, I strongly urge you to wear at least 2 pair of disposable Hospital gloves that you can throw away outside, because you will very likely get the drain foam on your hands, & you certainly don’t want that nasty fragrance absorbing into your skin and then having to smell it for many days on your hands. Also, for those of you needing to use the product with your kitchen sink drain, the hose included with the product looks too big to fit through the small openings in the non-removable metal grate in most kitchen sink drains. But if you take the hose that comes with the product to a hardware store and tell them that you need a hose small enough to insert into the end of the larger hose, but small enough to squeeze through the holes in your kitchen sink drain, that might enable you to use the product for a kitchen sink drain.
