This a great fertilizer, use small dosage, it will burn your plants

I got this for my vegetable garden because it says that it will help with the amending of the soil. I'm not sure how well it works yet because I haven't been able to use it but I have heard great things about the potash so I'm hoping that it lives up to all of the hype. I do think that for the amount of product you get the prices decent. if this gives me a good harvest, I definitely will update my review to say how well it really does work.

My mango trees are responding well to this fertilizer. When potassium is supplied to the soil at the beginning of fruit production (Jan-Feb) the yield is bigger and healthier.

Growing my own food has been a challenge since moving to our lake property in rural Florida. Our soil is a combination of sugar sand and silt. My efforts to amend the soil with mulched leaves and compost are ongoing. Unfortunately, any nutrients in the amendments are soon leached away into the sandy soil by the rain. Supplemental side dressing with fertilizer is necessary. Potassium and phosphorus are the two main nutrients that stimulate root growth. I'm using Muriate of Potash plus Super Phosphate to grow sweet potatoes, jicama and peanuts. Also using it on my leafy green veggies and tomato plants. The roots need an extra boost for the plants to survive and thrive in Florida (zone 9b).Application rate for Muriate of Potash:soil drench - mix 1 to 2 tbsp/gal waterside dress - 8oz/100sq ft

The fertilizer is of high quality. The granules are uniformly white, which means there are no extra impurities. The granules dissolve quickly. I use it to increase the number of flowers and it works.
