Good construction for the road. Not so good for skydiving.
Well constructed. Hard-enough sides to protect the device, and enough room to also store a mini tripod, which is nice. Like, it's solid enough that I'm good packing it in my bag and throwing it around on tour (just kidding, I don't tour. but if I did it would probably provide sufficient protection). But if I were like, skydiving with it, and the purpose of my skydiving was really to just deliver a non-damaged Zoom, regardless of it my parachute (and obvs backup parachute) opened or not, because the Zoom had like reeaallly important audio on it, I'd probably opt for something else. But that something else, like a pelican case or something, would also be bulkier and more expensive. In the sky-diving use-case though, the additional cost wouldn't be a problem because in all likelihood, in that scenario whomever I'm delivering for would probably be footing the bill and I'd be all like, "yo! Billy - expense dat!". Anyway, I've gotten off track. It's a good case. The price was fair. The sides are sturdy. The zipper is good. Would recommend.

Works and fits well
Fit H4n pro perfectly. Seems like good protection. I can also fit in a cable and a very small clamp on stand in the case.

Probably the best Case for H4n Pro
What I like is that it protects the H4n securely. It needs the protection, esp moving around on location a lot. There is some extra room around the H4n and a pouch in the lid that lets you store the dead cat , a remote, some SD cards and an extra set of Dbl. AA batteries so its all in one place as a self contained unit. The profile of this case is fairly small, and its a clamshell , tough little case, good quality zipper. For me the bigger cases are just to cumbersome even with more room inside. I put his in my padded tripod bag and it travels well there.well in there. I have not

A good match for protection
This is a good match for the handheld recorder (Zoom H4n Pro) and accessories. Good protection, light, compact and has storage room for extra items. I have power supply, remote, extra sim cards. Also can hold extra batteries.

Boy, did they create a perfect fit case for the H4N.The case holds either the unit in its own with the plastic shell case that is included with the H4N.Very protective.Nice compartment for wire and pop filter.

Right Size for the Job. Protect Your Portable Recorder and Accessories.
I received the case on time. It was in great condition. It was exactly what I was looking for. I the Philips version of the recorder, it fits with the wind guard, and XLR adapter. It allows me to keep everything together and protected. I would say it will fit any similar digital recorder product. It will keep the recorder and accessories together.

Size and Fit are Nice
The original plastic case for the Zoom HN4 Pro fits the recorder tightly, but nothing else. It was tricky to pry the recorder out without dropping it.So far, this case looks just about what I was hoping for. It seems tough enough to protect from impacts, and so far the zipper seems okay. Will see how long it lasts. The area for the HN4 Pro fits a bit loose, but decently. It could have a tiny bit more padding around the inside, but it's fine. A stretchy strap keeps it fairly snug. There's room in the other side to put my USB cables and some batteries. The webbing in the opposite side is raised out from the top cover enough that I wouldn't try and put extra batteries loose in the top side though. They could end up out with the recorder. They'd be fine in a little battery holder though. That webbing holds cables fine, but little things would slip out from under it.The whole thing still fits in my guitar case, and I don't think I'll be as likely to drop the recorder getting it out of the case, so I'm pleased so far to be able to fit the whole kit in there.
