Great fry bread mix. I used 2 packages and it made 12 fluffy pieces that were beyond delicious. I think i could have let them sit a little longer before i made them but they were just what i wanted and i will buy again. I just wish they made 5 pound bags of this and not so little packages.

think the directions are a bit wrong -- it should not be 1 a half cups of water

It sure was easier and quicker than making my own dough! And the perks are that the company is Native owned- no culture appropriation here.

this is a good fry bread mix, but the price is too high for the small amount you get. I won't be ordering it again unless the price comes way down or the amount of product is increased!

This stuff is delicious! I highly encourage anyone to try this mix!

The directions for how to make this are horrible! First of all the package is 8oz the directions call for 4 cups of the mix, which is more than 1 package. They say heat shortening but don’t tell you how much. It says to heat 350-375 that’s a big difference when it comes to something like this. Roll the dough no larger than a child’s jumbo pencil and no thinner than a regular pencil. Had I known any of this especially that you need 4 packages I never would have wasted my money, and of course it’s not returnable.

Makes yummy ndn tacos.
