For the money a great toy for active kidsl!
Got this as one of the Xmas presents for our grandsons (6 and 9 y/o). I like the electric air pump - it made inflation a lot easier. I used water in the base because it was easier than using sand. If you were going to leave it in one place for a long time sand might be a better choice but our son and his boys were headed home after a few days so water was a better choice. After putting water in the base i noticed it still did not stand up that's when i noticed two air-fill valves on the lower section. Filling these up allowed it stand up erect. I found myself punching the bag and had a good time. It seems fairly durable but only used it for a couple of days so that's still an unknown.Kids (and adults!) do not have enough physical activity in their lives today but i think this product can help address that issue. For the money I recommend it!

Not bad. It's essential to fill the base with water or sand.
This doesn't come with any instructions, so let me help you out. There are 4 sections to fill. The base a plastic cap with stopper if you want to fill with water or sand instead. There's an air nozzle in the base to top of with air; I don't think it's an entirely separate chamber, but I could be wrong. There's a small middle section with an air inflation nozzle and then the body with an inflation nozzle at the very top.I reommend filling the bottom first. If you don't want this flying away every time it's hit, you have to fill it with water or sand. I would have used sand if I had any around, but the water worked fine. Open the white cap; remove the rubber stopper; then use your finger to push the vinyl back a bit so there's room to insert your funnel. (You should absolutely use a funnel.) I didn't fill it completely with water, just enough to keep it from sliding when hit. This also kept it from being too heavy to move around easily.I then inflated the middle chamber with an air pump and ended up using my breath for the top chamber. If I had to do it again, I would have done the top chamber before the middle chamber, because the nozzle is at the very top and it would have been easier to maneuver the nozzle if the middle chamber had been slack. It took far longer to set this up than I expected, and honestly it was a very annoying process. But unless you get one with a built in pump, I think the process would be the same for any similar product. The actual performance is fine. A good blow will send it pretty far back. It rebounds fairly quickly but not enough to be able to do fast punching/kicking rounds. So if you or your kid wants to do controlled technique training or stress relief, this will be fine. But it's not for serious training.I'm not sure yet about the value. It depends on how durable it is. It seems solid. But I feel like a leak is inevitable with a product like this. I am looking for a basin I can put it in so I don't end up with water on the floor.

Inflatable Fitness Bag
Originally, this was selected for our daughter who is starting Karate. After inflating, we realized I could even use it for fitness or kickboxing exercises. It’s tall, and after filling the base with water, it can definitely withstand some punches. We used an air pump to inflate the bag, which had multiple inserts. The amount of water you add depends on if you want to still be able to move the bag around, but it definitely doesn’t have to be completely filled to get the full effect.

Great for kids!
This punching bag works great for kids but does seem to gave an issue with having air punched out of it!I don't see it as a big issue with my daughter but my wife (who is very tiny and not very powerful) seems to knock a lot of air out of the bag. Not from the main part but the part that connects the base and the punching bag partThe bag seems to be holding air over all though so I do not believe its a durability issue. My kid does really enjoy it and have not had any issues with water leaking.I would recommend for kids

Cheap and fun
I don’t think this would work out for a professional fighter but for a toddler and dad to play on it is fun. Also it is super cheap, only thing I would recommend that will add cost is some sand. I started by just blowing all the parts up and it couldn’t stand with air only. I happened to have some old sand that I filled the base with. The fill hole is the perfect size to use the top of a gallon of milk. It did take two people about half hour to fill it with enough sand that we would comfortably be able to hit it and not completely fall over. The advertisement suggested water too but with toddlers I would rather clean up sand than have the possibility of it popping and damaging the floor with water. Other thing I would suggest is using a air compressor to blow it up, it will be tough if you think you will manually fill it. My toddler enjoys pretend fighting it and it is fun for me to hit as well.

Awesome kick bag! Works like a champ. A little on the small side for smaller kids! Worth the money and easy to assemble!

Punching Bag for Kids 65'' Inflatable Boxing Punching Bag
I got this for my daughter to let out some rage when she needs to. Unfortunately, it will not stay inflated. I can inflate the top section and within 20 minutes it needs more air. I'll need to get some soapy water or fill up the bathtub to find it. At this price, it's probably just easier to buy another one or a different brand. It is a great relaxation device for the 10-15 minutes it stays inflated.

A Good Energy Release For The Grandchildren
I got this inflatable punching bag for the Grand-kids hoping that it would serve to burn a little bit of their surplus energy and have fun with! Mom encourages them to play outside so that they don't get couch locked in front of the TV or video games.Setup is easy and quick, just inflate the top portion, the Grandchildren's Dad is going to fill the base with water. The PVC material seams a little thin, but we will see how it goes. The youngest Granddaughter is going to love it because she has somehow been influenced by Karate, I can only imagine a cartoon she likes? The bag actually stands a little over 5' when it is inflated and the base is filled.I am also hoping that the kids will likewise benefit by the physical exercise and possibly want to learn some form of martial arts?
