Too soon to tell
I've been taking this for less than one week, so there's been no noticeable difference yet. I'm taking this for muscle pain and low energy due to Fibromyalgia. I'll update my review after a few weeks of taking it. I do have to note that the pills are rather large, and at times I have difficulty swallowing them. On a more positive note, I did not experience any side effects. It doesn't upset my stomach at all. There are 90 pills, and you are supposed to take 2 daily. I've been taking 2 every morning for almost a week.

Pregnancy carpal tunnel remedy
This cured my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel in a week, mind blowing. Was recommended by a lactation consultant and she was right!

muscle relief
I had read good things about this for muscle function and pain and enhancing sleep. I have been taken this for about 10 days and i feel like it is helping with energy and that im not in as much muscle discomfort. I have an auto immune disease and this seems to help so far
