Pretty great little push up board
I am pretty happy with this pushup board. I was initially skeptical about the all plastic construction, but the handles lock in solidly, and I have had no issues with the durability or flex. There are tons of places you can put the handles in, with varying degrees of difficulty. I kind of love that they are color coded and that the code is right there in the middle of the board. The handles are comfortable. It folds up really conveniently, and you can leave the handles stuck in a couple of the holes, so everything stays together. It's also pretty small, especially when folded, so it's definitely the kind of thing you can take with you.It has dimples and little loops you can use with resistance bands, though it doesn't come with any. Actually, I would be just a little hesitant to use those loops with anything but pretty light resistance, as the board will flex upward if you pull too hard on these loops. Since I don't actually use it this way, I won't comment too much on this, though. One odd thing is that the bottom of the board has 22 little circles that are supposed to make contact with the floor. It comes with 10 little pads that adhere and prevent slipping on the floor. But which circles to use? And why doesn't it just come with enough for all of them? Those little non-slip foam pads are super cheap, and I don't think they should have skimped on that. Probably I can buy replacements, though...Overall, a pretty good pushup board. I find it very uncomfortable on my wrists to do pushups directly on the floor, so this will get plenty of use. I haven't had any issues with it.
