The replacement works better than the original, perhaps there was an update on the product itself.....!

I've used all the upgrades through the years, ever since I saw Robert Urich advertising it on TV when it first came out. It is true for me that this toothbrush cleans my teeth better than any other. Your teeth feel dentist clean when you use it. It is also gentle on the gums (because it is sonic), which is important if you have had gum surgery like me. I'm rather disappointed that they don't guarantee them for long unless you sign up for their costly subscription plan. They must have heeded some "marketing" strategist. Get all you can.Con: This is my third one. The first 2 failed after a few years. The last one, the rubber on/off button disintegrated and the toothbrush would just keep running until the battery wore down.Despite that. I'll still pay the price because they do the best job for my teeth.

The vibration is strong, but I want to say it’s smooth and much less noticeable compared to other brands. I’ve replaced one older version from many years ago. Love that they are still making it and the newer version is worth the upgrade fee.

After more than ten years of using my Cybersonic electric toothbrush, the handle on the original began to break apart. It is wonderful to have been able to replace that main part of my "sonic" toothbrush system at less than the price for a full system. The handle of my first Cybersonic was partly made of a rubber-type material, and it was that material that disintegrated and caused that handle to become useless. I believe this handle, made of all hard plastic, should last even longer than my first. However it does add a small bit of extra weight to the item..

I really like this product. It does a great job and is durable. I've been using this product for years and years. I have only replaced it twice.

It's nice that the handles are available so I didn't have to purchase another machine. I've only had it for a day but it charged up & worked great this morning.

this brush does not work bought 2 a returned both of them . called and emailed them but no response. dont waste your time.

I have had a cyber sonic toothbrush for 15 years and going . This is built like a tank ,never had a issue with it . I just bought another one .Worth the money.GL

This was my 3rd Cybersonic toothbrush but my first Cybersonic 3. The handle didn't charge with my original charging stands but their customer service people were quick to determine the problem was the compatibility of the charging stand and they immediately sent me a new charging stand. Works perfect now and I couldn't be happier with the product or experience.

I have been a Cybersonic user for 20 years. I used to get them directly from Cybersonic, but changes to the postal rates meant subscribing was no longer cost effective. When my second one wore out, I was glad to see the products on Amazon. The replacement handle has been great.
