My old memory foam neck pillow needed replacing and thought I’d try this. I couldn’t figure out hot to remove layers as says adjustable. But using it as it came has definitely improved my sleep as neck pain not as bad.

I've decided to try the gel thin memory foam pillow because I’m a stomach sleeper and regular pillows are always too thick for me. This pillow is perfect in terms of height—only 2.7 inches—which gives just enough support without straining my neck. It’s ultra-slim and definitely works for those who like sleeping on a flat surface. The memory foam is comfortable, and I love that it’s CertiPUR-US certified, so I know it’s safe and free from harmful chemicals. Plus, the pinhole design really does keep it cool during the night, which is great, especially in summer. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the memory foam were a little softer. It’s comfortable, but I was hoping for a bit more "give" when resting my head. I got this on recommendation that I put a pillow between my knees while I sleep to help my back. Most pillows though are way too thick and plush, making it impractical to have under the covers. This though feels really unobtrusive and fits neatly under the covers without twisting everything around. Surprisingly the cover that the pillow comes with is amazingly soft and comfortable too. I figured I'd need to put one of my own over it but it's actually really nice just on its own. The fact that you can unzip it to wash it is also a big plus. As for how the pillow performs I have had no problem with it. Often with memory foam I find that it goes all saggy and flat in a couple days or weeks, but this has retained its shape very well over the month I've been using it. Very impressive. However, I will state that it does suffer from the same heat retention problems as all memory foam. This isn't as bad as some others due to how thin it is, but I do still notice a heat radiating from it after using it for a while. Overall I'm really happy with it though. It's a nice soft pillow that fits my needs. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a thinner alternative to the oversized clouds they seem to sell these days.

I bought this pillow hoping it would help with my back hurting in the morning could hardly walk I was is so much pain. I read one review which said it was a miracle pillow. So I bought it hoping for the same. I had to let it air out in the sun for a day it did have an order. Slept on it last night had got out of bed this morning was able to walk with very little pain and use the bathroom without severe pain trying to stand up. I could not believe that a pillow could help this much. Its not small like I read in some comments its normal but it is thin, Thank you its a blessing.

If you like flat pillows, this is great. Good quality and not too stiff

I am a tried and true stomach sleeper, so finding a good pillow has always been a challenge. This pillow looked good on the surface, however, I believe I failed to read the finer details when it comes to selecting the correct size. Simply put, the pillow is far too small for me to actually use when sleeping. While I absolutely think some of this is my fault, I also had my wife try the pillow, who is also a stomach sleeper and is a much smaller person than myself, and even she found that it was way too small to actually use. Overall, this pillow is definitely not for everyone.

I sleep flat on my back. I've slept without a pillow, but it's nice to rest my head on memory foam pad which is softer than my mattress. Why I say it's almost perfect is because I wish it were more narrow so it wouldn't touch the wall. When I move it down away from the wall, my feet are too low in my full-size bed. If I were to cut it, it would no longer have the nice rounded edges.

I’ve tried everything but I always end up sleeping on my stomach. After 30 years I can finally sleep on my stomach without waking up in pain. All it took was a pancake of a pillow. 🤣 So happy!
