Excellent SSD and a great price
Bought this to upgrade my Steamdeck. Simple to fit and works fantastically. Very fast, lots of storage in the 2TB model and at less than £150 I think the price was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Good for Legion Go
Bought this for my Legion Go (2tb version) after the Kingspec 2242 failed after a few weeks due to overheating. You need to use an extender board take it first the 2242 space. Works great but I would highly recommend getting a thin copper heatsink as the drive still gets very warm when gaming.However so far so good.

Upgraded Steam Deck and running well so far.
I used this 2TB WD Black M.2 drive to upgrade my 512GB LCD Steam Deck.Installation was simple, and it has been running fine now for a couple of weeks with no issues.

Rog Ally? Read this first.
I bought for rog ally, cloud recovery wouldn't work for me. Cloning my hard drive was the solution and it took less than half an hour from starting the clone to installing this 2tb drive. Search youtube for "wd black sn770m clone hard drive". There's a video tutorial, about 9 minutes long. I didn't decrypt my data, and I had zero issues. You'll need to buy or possess an ssd enclosure with usb-C-usb-C connectivity (about £17).If cloud recovery doesn't work for you, just follow that youtube guide (optional to decrypt your data [I didn't])Thia 2tb drive is great, and the speed is good enough that if I ever decide to get rid of the rog ally, it's a fast enough storage drive to place in the ps5, or even my gaming pc.Also, just a warning, that m.2 screw in the ally is garbage and the thread strips easily. If this happens to you, force a tiny flathead screwdriver in and you should be able to turn it. If not, I've heard good things about a product called 'vampliers'. I hope this review helps someone out. Delivery for me was 1 day quicker than amazon had said it would be.
