Great quality printer
The print quality (the reason we purchased this item) is better than full sized copiers. The toner doesn't offset (ghost) when folded in the mail like our desktops... even after 100 or more prints. We also use the scan to file and copy functions that work just fine. We are very satisfied.

I would never purchase this printer again.
Printer jams and jams and jams. I would never purchase this printer. And, I waited until I could get a tech to set it up and missed the return deadline. Very unhappy.

Solid build, fast, god print quality
Reviews on some other products show streaks when color printing. This does not have that problem and the CPC (cost per copy) is lower than other desktop color lasers out there. Is able to print on lower weight cover stocks when other products rope you into lightweight copy paper. Coming from a professional printing background with a $180,000 production laser, the Kyocera is not that. However, I feel it is the best product available for home and small office use. Solid build coming in at around 100 lbs it is not cheaply made.

VERY DIFFICULT SET UP
TERRIBLE! This thing requires a degree in computer networking. Saved money on Amazon but had to call my IT person to hook it up. No savings at all when set up to computers cost over $300.00. Live and learn I guess...
