I’ve read some studies that say this supplement has the same benefits as the Japanese natto fermented soybean dish, that it reduces mucus, lowers blood pressure and supports vascular health. These capsules are average size, don’t have much of a taste or smell, and are easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any effects, good or bad, from taking these yet.

I'm taking Nattokinase for heart and circulatory health. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach so that it will go to the bloodstream and maximize the benefits.This is easy to take, reasonably priced, and has Trans-Resveratrol as an added benefit. Looks like it's sourced from India under guidance of the FSSAI.

Only need to take 1 easy to swallow capsule, no flavor and seems like a way to get the heart healthy benefits of wine without drinking or consuming calories.

They have given me no problems and seem to be benefiting what they're intended for, I'll leave you to looking into what that is.Restrictions on what can be said about supplements have gotten so extreme that this is about as much as I can say.I have previously had issues with several forms of resveratrol, but this one has been okay so far.

Good way to get resveratrol without drinking all that wine. Although I probably will anyway. Vegan, sulphite free if that is your thing. Easy swallow capsules.

The capsules are pretty easy to swallow. No weird aftertaste or odors. You only need to take 1 capsule per day.This comes in a dark plastic bottle, double-sealed. This is a 60-day supply. Manufactured in a GMP facility. Overall, this seems like a good nattokinase plus resveratrol supplement. Easy to take. For around $0.27 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. Good so far. Worth a consideration.

Nattokinase is a regular part of my daily dietary supplement regimen. This company supplies several of those supplements. I like that this product is a combination of nattokinase and trans-resveratrol (another supplement I take daily).

Purchase to help with health following that jab. My health has improved since taking and am back on track to better health.

I did not feel any difference after taking this twice a day for two months. I guess it may have had some effect somewhere I can't definitely say it didn't. Have to try it for yourself

This is an excellent product and extremely good value as it includes a higher dose of natto as well as 300mg of trans resveratrol, it works as well as brand I usually take and only need 1 cap a day my feet are no longer like ice blocks at night so I know my circulation has improved,I like it too because there are no unnecessary fillers and has a 2yr expiry datewill definitely buy this againupdate, after 6 weeks, the 'spider veins' around my ankles have all but disappeared. BP is lower, will definitely buy again
