Q: Is this shoe good for long walks every day ! 2-21/2 miles ?

Yes for comfort, but the shoe is very light duty so not sure they'd last very long with so much use, the soles are a more soft type of material.

Q: Should these be worn without socks?

They can be worn with or without socks. Also, I machine-wash my Sketchers. They come out looking and smelling fresh. I do NOT put them in the dryer. Love my Sketchers!

Q: Do you just step into the shoe?

Yes indeed- they are just my favorite shoe-very easy to slip on and off - I have Parkinson’s and can’t reach my feet- they are super!

Q: Do they have good arch support?

For me personally they have good arch support. I can’t really say for each individual person since we all feel differently. I can confirm for me personally the shoe has good arch support the shoe is very breathable, and very comfortable wearing during a hot day in California dry 100 degree climate!!!!!
