The description says it comes with 3 filters and it came with none!

Stopped charging after 2 months, only works when plugged in which means we can never keep it in the fridge. Also temperamental when it’s plugged in.

Like the slim design, water dispenser part can be a little longer for refilling kettles and other containers than a cup. Double touch sensor on the dispenser is not sensitive as all. Filter life bothers me the most. I used it less than a month or 100L and the light indicates that filter needs to be changed. Brita gives a 3-month replacement timeframe and much cheaper.

It came with a small charge so I charged it overnight and it is still going. It holds plenty of water for my husband and I not sure how often you have to fill it for a large family. The electronic touch to pour is great and stays on until you touch it a second time. It has a nice sturdy handle so it’s easy to take to the sink and fill. It filters the water as you pour it. Water tastes great, soft and clean. I am very happy with it so far.
