Scala1 3-45 Used it to replace my 12 year old GRUNDFOS pump. Unfortunately GRUNDFOS have changed the fitting location so not a drop in installation. I also don't like the literature with it- very little useable info- had to find an installation manual on-line. For instance there is a three position "PERFORMANCE" setting located inside that should be checked (I turned mine to positive I/P pressure). A bigger issue was the pump initially just hummed loudly and the lights dimmed- the motor was stuck! The instalation Manual mentioned how to turn the motor over w a screw driver and now it is purring. UPDATE- for several days it would just hum instead of pumping. I had to give it a turn w the screwdriver every time. I was going to return it after Xmas but it is now working perfectly. I suspect the switch for the start capacitor was stuck open. Maybe my tapping the unit free’d it up.

This scala 1 replaced our scala 2. It's doing a fine job 1 month in. Our 2 was leaking internally in less than 3 years. Seems to be a typical problem with the 2, so giving this one a try! It is actually quieter, which has been a nice suprise as well :•) Easy to install and set up. The bluetooth connection is a nice feature as well. Good luck water warriors ;•)

This pump works perfectly, originally purchased one that was just a piece of chunk made in China. This one is awesome and app works perfectly.
