Nicest pair of shoes I own
These shoes are expensive but they definitely feel high quality. I previously had a pair of Inov-8 barefoot shoes, and there is no comparison in terms of quality. As for fit, I wish they offered half sizes. I will say that I am a 10.5 and decided to buy a 10, and the shoes fit perfect, so they may run a bit big. Something I also wasn’t used to was a wide toe box. My previous barefoot’s were narrow, and switching to these kind of felt like wearing a swimming flipper at first. However, these are 100% more stable and let me feel properly planted when doing squats. I have since come to appreciate how well designed these are. The heel and upper feel snug while leaving just enough space in the toe box for splaying. I personally focus mainly on weightlifting, so I can’t speak for cardio and/or cross fit performance, but this is honestly a peak barefoot gym shoe for me.

Incredible shoes for the gym!
They fit true to size for me and felt very snug. You do feel a big difference to the Primus Knit as far as stability and lateral movement. The strap on the back didn't make a huge difference for a light jog, but the main purpose for me was strictly to use in the gym. They look way more "duck-like" than the Primus which I didn't like so much but the side profile was pretty cool for a barefoot shoe.Because I'm looking for a more versatile shoe, I ended up with the Primus Knit which is pictured in the comparison photo, but if I was strictly getting a shoe for squats, deadlifts, etc where my only focus was stability, then I'd probably go with the Motus.I will probably buy them later anyway once my feet get used to barefoot shoes :)

Amazon Customer service
I had ordered my barefoot shoes from Amazon back in June and they had started to fall apart and Amazon being a complicated company to deal with only has 30 days to return when barefoot is 100 days. Sashana M with barefoot made this easy not amazon. The shoes are pricy but the vivobarefoot customer service is awesome Amazon customer service stinks. . Thank you for helping I will continue to support ViVobarefoot directly not thru Amazon :)
