Highly recommend
The sound quality is brilliant used for the 1st time Friday. Having volume control on the ear you can adjust quickly. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting quality headphones for work they are the best I've ever found and they are comfortable and light too

Extremely disappointed
Paid for a brand new product and was sent one which had obvious signs of being used and had part missing. Work colleagues who were waiting on this were upset and it caused me great invonvenience in having to return the product as we don't have a nearby post office!

no instruction , not support at all impossible to use
i have bough this product and didn't came with any instruction to use ]no existence in their website and long time waiting for assistance over the phone i cant use it i may return this item very frustrated

Most excellent
I have been looking for a wireless headset for a number of years, tried cheap ones, but finally got fed up and invested in this one. So nervous, 4-5 times more expensive than anything I have invested in before. All I can say is I wish that I had done it earlier, it would probably have been cheaper what with all of the cheap ones that failed and got binned.

Perfect for my Teams calls
I had a Jabra Evolve 65 headset previously but managed to break them, so when I wanted to replace them I knew I wanted the same set again. This time I thought about the stand version so when I saw it for sale I knew I would buy them. The sound is crisp and clear, and when I am on Teams calls I know from what people tell me that the mic is perfect. Not much else to say, more expensive than other sets but I've never been let down!

Excellent casque.J ai l'impression d avoir les interlocuteurs a côté de moi. Je n ai pas de bruit de fond. Pour faire simple de suis passé d une Renault 4L a la Clio 5 en quelques minutes.

I'm in love with the headset! My only complaint is that I can't accept or disconnect or control the volume on the headset. Everything has to be controlled on the computer. It was kind of tough sitting it up at first. I do love how crisp and concise it is and the noice cancelling is great!

Ich habe das Jabra Headset mit Ladestation über Amazon Marketplace gekauft. Der Preis war attraktiv und daher habe ich zugeschlagen, obwohl ich normalerweise kein Fan von „gebraucht wie neu“-Artikeln bin. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und das Headset inkl. Ladestation macht einen einwandfreien Eindruck. Die Installation ging einfach und direkt, nachdem das Headset aufgeladen war, habe ich es getestet. Es funktioniert sehr gut, sowohl mit Teams über einen Mac als auch auf einem Samsung und Applehandy. Die Kopfhörer sind sehr leicht und drücken nicht, auch wenn man eine Brille trägt, hat man damit keine Beeinträchtigung. Die Reichweite innerhalb eines Gebäudes, mit dicken Stahlbetonmauern, ist wirklich super und die Sprachqualität ist sehr gut. Ich habe es nun seit 3 Tagen im Einsatz und bin bisher zufrieden.

I connected to my laptop via bluetooth and used Microsoft Teams for calls. Strangely when I used the mute button given on the headset, people on the other side were still able to hear me. I asked for a replacement and the same thing happened again. Then I tried my cell but then it worked fine. I have still not used the usb dongle to connect to my laptop yet but I am assuming then the mute might work. Will add an update soon.

Das Gerät sieht nach 5 Monaten Benutzung noch aus wie neu und ist in (Ton-)Qualität absolut preiswert. Ob täglich in der hotline oder nur zum Musik-Hören. Der Kopfhörer hat ein super Gewicht und ist sehr angenehm zu tragen. Die Sound-Qualität ist top und die Verbindung und Reichweite super. Falls es mal Probleme mit der Verbindung gibt, kann über Jabra-Direct(kostenlose Software auf Herstellerseite) die Firmware aktualisiert werden, oder die Verbindung zum Dongle manuell gekoppelt werden. Einziges Minus: Qualität und Reichweite ohne USB-Dongle ist etwas schlechter als mit dem mitgelieferten USB-Bluetooth-Adapter.
