We have never used a smart lock before. We bought the smart lock and handle set (which look great btw). Installation was super easy but we were getting an error signal for an unknown reason. I called customer service and they gave me an email address to get help and in no time i was texting and video chatting with someone walking me through various tests. We found out the lock was faulty but they shipped a replacement right away and it works great. The fingerprint recognition is amazing! And getting help was a breeze which is usually what makes me worried about purchasing brands that I’m not familiar with. Very happy with this purchase!

Door would not lock even though it says it is locked.. Door was unlocked the entire time I was out of town. They are based in China so you will get very limited support. When I finally reached someone, they told me to just uninstall it and send it back . It cost me $200 to install this only to find out it was faulty now I am out 200 bucks and I am going to have to buy another brand and pay another $200 to get that one installed

Look!! This thing is AMAZING!! SO much security things it can do!! Set up was a BREEZE!! Network setup was simple and straight forward. I highly recommend!! Will be purchasing another deadbolt lock for my side Door alone! Battery power last a long time it seems!!

The lock and hardware are very attractive. Set up was easy. I love the voice confirming the door was either locked or open. The auto lock was set for another layer of security in case someone forgot to initiate the lock. I loved that I no longer have to worry about my kids losing keys. I started noticing the app was not registering the lock activity accurately and it often reported a network issue. The company was very responsive and gave me the option for a refund but I liked the lock and wanted to replace the lock. They replaced it, still assuring me that if the problem persisted I’d be refunded. They constantly reiterated that customer service is their top priority. Unfortunately, the 2nd lock had the same issue. I returned the first lock to their tech department and was refunded with no issue. Elaine, if you’re reading this, thank you for standing behind your product. The service you provided was exemplary. 👍🏽

Great lock.. changed from an older keypad lock but love the added features of fingerprint & fob along with the key and keypad codes. Had a locksmith install because our older one was more difficult to remove, but if that would've come out easier I'm sure we could've put this one in. Seemed very straightforward and not too difficult. Had some issues getting the electronic set up... thought I was going to have to remove, but found out thru the customer service it was only a setting in the app I had wrong... changed that setting and it worked perfectly... customer service was great... very helpful and answered all my questions so I got all the information I needed. It was thru email and a different time zone, so it took a bit of back and forth, but the rep was very helpful and responded in a timely manner, so I appreciated that. It looks great.. modern looking design. Auto lock is a feature we always used before so I'm glad to see that is one this one as well. Haven't set up with Alexa yet so can't comment on that feature. Nice lock and handleset at a reasonable price.
