Sippin Brine
This pickle brine has a bit of a bite! It's got good flavor. My fiance works in the heat and always wants a drink of Pickle juice after work and he's been enjoying sipping on this, we just refill a small jar in the fridge so he's always got some that's cold. The gallon jug is a good amount and the handle and small spout that makes it easy to pour.

Not enough pickle
Not nearly as pickle flavored as I was hoping. I'm glad it wasn't spicy (the "Cajun" name brand had me worried), I'm not a spicy pickle fan, but it does need something more… Maybe it just needs more savory spices/ingredients, I'll try soaking a bunch of cloves of garlic and maybe some fresh dill - which hopefully will bump up the depth of flavor. The ingredients list yellow food coloring, which really is not necessary in my opinion. I'd rather have a faint color, than have added coloring. Using it as is, it would probably be OK as a chicken marinade. But I don't think I'd use it as a pickle back or as an ingredient where I'd be drinking it as is. My bottle was also leaking when I received it. Received in April 2024, it has a used by date of February 2025 - That seems fairly short to me for pickles/pickle juice, which usually have a rather long shelf life.

Meh...not great
I thought a company that had Cajun in their name would produce a very flavorful product, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It tastes diluted would be the best way to describe.

Pickle Lemonade!
We use this to make Dill Pickle Lemonade in our food truck and our customers LOVE it!We use a shot glass to pour up a 1 oz. shot in a 20 oz cup of ice, topped with the rest lemonade. We garnish with a pickle spear down the side of the glass. With the flavor and the food coloring, it almost gives the lemonade the color a lime Gatorade and the flavor is very similar to lime Gatorade as well! It is very unique and the Cajun Chef Dill Brine is our go to for making these!
