These vitamins are great! They combine all the B vitamins in one pill!! I have already began seeing the effect it has on the body!

This is the best Stress B Complex vitamin I think I've ever found. I feel it does help me manage stress as well as help with energy levels. You can consider me a loyal customer.

Size/ease of swallowing: it's a little on the larger side, so it can be uncomfortable to swallow, and can get stuck in my throat. My suggestion is to eat it at the beginning of a meal, so that everything else you swallow helps it go down! Flavor: the taste is a little off-putting, and is definitely less appetizing than a gummy vitamin, but it's not a terrible taste either. To echo my suggestion above, I suggest eating this at the beginning of a meal – in regards to taste, so that the rest of what you eat drowns it out! Storage/shipping: these supplements are sensitive to humidity. I live in a very, very humid area, so how relevant this is to you depends on your local climate, but for those of you living anywhere humid, heads up! I've ordered this several times now, and have found out that it's not safe to order these when it's very humid out, as they will arrive discolored and larger than they should be, so I recommend timing your order carefully. I have also learned to store the bottle in a double layer of ziploc bags from spring through fall, because if I just leave it in the cabinet with the lid on, these will again get larger, discolored, and gross-smelling – and on one memorable occasion when I left seven in a pill case (one of those days of the week things) with my other pills, several proceeded to melt into the rest of the meds. I spoke to a pharmacist about this, and she's the one who suggested both keeping the supplements in the bottle, and keeping the bottle itself in a double layer of ziploc, and that approach has worked out well ever since, so I'm passing it along in the hopes that my fellow humidity-dwellers can skip my earlier experiences!

I posted the review below on 6/23/2017 and submitted a contact form on Thorne Research's website to let them know about the issue on 6/26. One of their reps got back to me in under an hour with her apologies, and she asked for some additional information as well as my address to send a replacement. I wrote back immediately, providing all the requested info. Today, 6/27 -- THE NEXT DAY -- there was a FedEx package waiting for me at my office when I got back from lunch. It was from Thorne, and contained the replacement bottle. The replacement is perfect, without all the excess powder. Because they stand by their product and have this kind of customer service, I'm changing my review to 5-stars from the original 2. Every product can suffer from a production error, but to my mind it's the way the manufacturer handles the situation that's key. This was by far the fastest and most competent customer service experience I've ever had. BTW - At no point was Amazon or any review mentioned leading up to the replacement. This update is completely unsolicited, and their rapid replacement was completely uncoerced on my part. Original review from 6/23 follows, for context: As far as effect / potency / etc. goes, I can't say I notice a different effect having taken these for a couple of days versus any similarly-formulated B-complex pill. So I'm pretty neutral on that issue, and would give them a good rating were that the end of the story. However, these things are worse than a bag of Cheetos when it comes to actually taking them. They're covered in the powder that's supposed to be inside the pills. And I don't think it's just my particular bottle, because I can't find a broken pill in there. If it's a manufacturing issue, then their facility has poor quality assurance and that doesn't inspire confidence when it comes to putting something they made into my body. Not only that, but the powder doesn't taste good. At all. But it's pretty much unavoidable. That and the dust that covers my hands. Like I said, this may just effect a few bottles or a whole lot. But poor QA is reason enough to stay away in my opinion. I included a clear shot of the label which hopefully includes the lot number if anyone wants to compare notes. It may be hard to tell in the thumbnails here on Amazon, but every pill has a good coating of powder on the outside.

I had that pins and needles feeling in my hands only when I’m sleeping or like laying down so i had got the B12 Thorne one but that was only 1 mg. So it worked but it was kinda making take more ya know i didn’t want keep taking a lot to get the effect like that. But this has 100mg of b12 and then other things of course. The first take i took it 4:00am because that’s when i work i did get a headache but i also took ibuprofen 200 mg headache was gone no pin and needles feeling in my right hand but i also felt energetic and i worked so well i met goal at work. When i didn’t take it i was moving slow maybe cuz i was sluggish and didn’t get enough sleep. But the pill is large so take ya time. But also the people were right it with all these vitamins no matter how much water u intake , it does make ya pee very yellow so don’t be alarm when u see it lol but i well keep taking it . Just took it before doing this review (10:59am)no headache so far but I’m about to eat so i should be good. What I’m going to start doing is morning and nights and see how that goes

I feel better since taking these B vitamins. I was really tired, low energy and brain fog but I can feel the difference so I will continue taking these supplements.

The item arrived quickly, which is great. However, the bottle itself looks old or like it has been stored for quite a long time. I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t comment on the effectiveness, but I do hope the quality is not affected. Just a bit concerned about the appearance.

I used to take these back in the US, been looking for them for a while and pleased they are available now. They really help with my energy and focus levels. I take one a day and i can already notice a big difference vs the other brand I was using before
