Used this to support a longer fast and the flavour is good and helps with water consumption. It’s not the quickest to mix but if you give it a stir and then wait a few mins and stir again it’s fine.

Was disappointed to find that 90% of each serving is carbs and nearly 50% sugars. Not really what I was looking for in a product. It’s not clear on the listing that this is the Nutritional Info. Had to send this back.Subsequently found the product cannot be returned.Paying a high cost for a poor listing.

This stuff is really good. No more dry throat and mouth, headaches, and fatigue.. If you want quality, it will cost more, and this stuff is well worth, tastes great too. I'll definitely be going for the subscription.

It probably tastes nice and I like coconut taste, but comes only as 2/3 in the bottle, not like on their photos were bottles are almost full. For £32 it's too expensive and won't last even for a month.
