Hi - I applied paint in a porch area which is not exposed to exterior so not able to confirm that paint is waterproof.

Q: Can I use this on concrete patio slabs?

Yes I don’t see why not. But to be honest I didn’t think this was a very good Quality product. Anything with which You wash brushes with water is never that great a product.

Q: Do you have to apply primer or sealer before application

You shouldn’t have to I’ve used on already painted surface so you may have to apply 2 coats

Q: I have an exterior small brick wall (as a side fence ) with spalling bricks at the top, will this stop the damage?

The product is simply a 'paint' - it is not sold with any suggestion it could repair any damaged brickwork.
