Reflective insulation kit for all full size (21" x 12" x 8" deep) polycarbonate pans and lids. While polycarbonate insulates better than metal heat loss can be significant with an "open" pan, especially at high water bath temperatures. A custom notched lid will cut energy usage by over half and adding our reflective twin-layer reflective insulation can reduce losses by another factor of two. More importantly your circulator will operate more efficiency and with heat to target faster and maintain target temperatures with lower KWH usage. In other words if you have a 800W heater it will perform like a 1500W at bath temperatures even at moderate (150 deg. F) bath temperatures.
