ASICS Men's Gel-Kayano 23 Lite-Show Running Shoe

I wore a pair of these as while doing extensive touring in Europe. I have a tender toenail as a result of dancing in too-tight shoes and compensated by getting these half a size bigger than I normally wear. (I honestly think the regular size would have been a little snug for me even without the toe problem.) In any event, by the end of the summer, as I reflected on how far I'd walked in these, I felt filled with gratitude as I continued my daily treks. They are extraordinarily comfortable. I like the way they look too. They're pretty dignified for a running shoe, and I didn't feel like a jerk using them as my only shoes as I traveled.I have another pair of the same shoe in black for non-summer use. I feel even better about wearing the black version with dress pants. The sole of the gray shoe is white, which is a little more obviously casual than the all-black model.

After searching online for shoes designed for flat feet, I came across this. My size is normally somewhere around 12, and my feet are wider than average. I ordered size 12.5, since there is no 12 2E (wide), and found that while there is a decent amount of room in the toe box, the width is perfect. There is about half an inch from the top of my toes to the top of the shoe, so I am glad I bought half a size up.So far, these are probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had. I will update my review once I can really break them in and get some use with them.Product looks exactly as pictured, the only difference between these and the other Gel-Kayano 23s is: 1) No wide varients, 2) Reflective.Highly recommend to anyone with flat feet!

Overall fit is a little small, normally the Asics that I wear slip on really easy but this one is a little more difficult. However, this is a very comfortable shoe to wear. I'm a Registered Nurse and on my feet 95% of the day. Theses are very comfortable, nice sized toe box and a cushiony heel. I definitely would buy these again

These are for serious runners who want nothing but the best for their feet, ankles, shins, and everything else. I write through my 22's which were great. These seem to fit more snug and have more padding around the ankle. I can't recommend this shoe enough! They're pricy, but you get what you pay for. You can't put a price on taking care of your body and avoiding the aches and pains which come from running with a bad shoe. I'm 46 and this shoe carries me through 5 mile runs the times a week with no soreness or fatigue

I've purchased the ASIC Kayano shoes for the past four years and absolutely loved them. For some reason the Kayano 23 do not fit the same. Love the look of these, but they are much more narrow than usual and a bit uncomfortable. Loved the Kayano 21 and 22. These not so much...

The gel kayano 23s are my favorite running shoes. Fit is perfect and they are comfortable. Didn’t buy for the lite show design but they are a pretty cool dark red and black design and the neon pops

I love this ASICS model. I've tried another competitors shoe because it was new and looked like it might offer more cushion, but I came back to my favorite ASICS. I did end up returning these because there is a lot of red/maroon color woven throughout the black material, too much for my taste. Amazon did not carry the black/white/gray model in my size, so I returned the red and purchase the black/white/gray through ASICS. Amazon shipped these out very quick and I received them in great condition. When I returned them, I was not able to use UPS, I returned them through USPS and Amazon offered to pick up the bill.

I've worn Kayano's for a while, always get a 1/2 size larger than my other shoes and they are great. This version is different. The toe box and even the fit under the foot and especially the toes is different and uncomfortable.
