I had used 3m double sided tape.They kept the panels on the wall for a day or two before the foam panels started falling off.I tried another double sided from Hobby lobby.Didn't workOrdered these. Skeptical.They did the job. The foam sound dampners are secure where they where mounted.

I used these to stick foam squares to a metal frame window and surrounding walls. They are easy to use and stick well, even in cold damp conditions and on different materials (glass, metal, drywall). And they come off again fairly easily when you're done with them, without doing damage or leaving residue.

This product performs better than many other brands I’ve tried, but I’d recommend using it with caution. I tested it on a wall near the floor, and while it initially came off smoothly, it ended up pulling off some paint toward the end. My tip: cut the strips into smaller pieces and remove them slowly to avoid any damage.

Well I thought I was ordering Velcro but this is like a jelly sticky jelly circle that worked even better I think then the velcro would have as I'm using it to stick foam soundproofing to cardboard or to the door and material to cardboard and it works great I think this is a great product I put them on a few days ago and there's everything still holding not falling off not coming loose five stars
