Wow! this is a fabulous sleep mask. With it being Silk it is so soft to the skin, fully adjustable so you can get the fit just right. Large enough to cover the eyes and keep out all light. Feels very comfortable to wear. So glad I bought it.May buy another one to take into hospital with me, as trying to sleep on a hospital ward is near impossible.

Would be good if they did a none silk one like cotton or bamboo for vegetarians vegans animal-fans too!

Lifestance Eyemask is a great little product. I've always had trouble sleeping with excess noise and light pollution around me, and living in the centre of London does not help with this. I've been looking for a sturdy, comfortable eyemask, and this one seems to be a good fit for me.It is quite large, and envelopes your entire face when you put it on, but perhaps that's a good thing. Too many eyemasks allow light in through the bottom, forcing you to pull it down past your nose to ensure total darkness.The earplugs are fairly comfortable, made from foam rather than plastic moudables. Sometimes they come out during sleep, but often long after I have already fallen asleep and before they begin to become uncomfortable from having them in for too long.All in all, worth a buy. It'll solve your sleep issues no problem. Also comes with a handy silk bag so the earplugs don't get lost at the bottom of your bedside table.
