Brilliant for what I need it for.

It is definitely the best charger I have had in a long time. Compared to Apple chargers, it is able to charge without getting heated while continuously outputting 15A in both outlets simultaneously!! It can even go up to 19A I have noticed. So it not only charges faster but the overall quality of charging is good in relationship to heat etc. I would like liked the prongs being able to be tucked away during packing. So it is not 'perfect' for travelling. The plastic the prongs are mounted on appears like it might break. The low density plastic has the advantage of keeping cost low and the item light in weight, but also makes it feel like it might break.

Now that most electronic products come with a charging cable (almost always too short) but no 3-pin plug to connect it to I find that the 3 or 4 that I have are very much in demand. The idea of being able to charge 4 products at once off one plug (2 USB A, 2 USB C) to free up capacity is very welcome. As it the fact that it is supposed not to overheat (as some of my older plugs tend to) and will prevent overcharging, which should protect my electronics and electricity supply. There's a blue light when it is in use and that's about it as far as functions.It is supposed to be quick charger but charging my Oppo phone via its USB C to A cable and swapping out the supplied plug with this one I couldn't really see any difference. I will also try a USB C to C cable and a torch or similar device to see of there's any noticeable speed increase.Even though there might not be a huge speed boost I nonetheless welcome the surge protection, the fact it doesn't (thus far) seem to overheat, and most of all the ability to charge up to 4 devices at once off one plus. Of course, those devices will need to have long enough leads not to interfere with each other as the 2x USB C and 2x USB A sockets are pretty close together. In all, I think this is a very useful charging wall unit for a not unreasonable price. It's early days so I will update the review if there are any issues (e.g. with devices not taking a charge form it or overheating etc.) and likewise if I notice a speed increase with some devices/cables.

Great an solid, works great

It’s never worked since I got delivered to my door. Popped and died at an overnight stay at Christmas holidays. Not happy about the customer service either. Stick with the known brands of next generation of power plugs.

It’s good fast charging value of money

The media could not be loaded.  The video shows a tester connected to one of the USB 3.0 ports and as can be seen as I switch between the two test loads it can supply 15W. I do not have a USB C tester but given the power of the USB 3.0 I am pretty sure it does 20W or slightly more. The only thing I found is that when charging my Amazon Fire tablet it wanted to boot up even if I turned it off like it was being pulsed with the charge constantly, this only happens on other chargers when another device is connected or disconnected. For the money a good charger to take on hols.
