This is a good Train for the price! Last year we had a little Christmas train that did not have a remote control. This one having the remote control is really nice and even my 2 1/2 year-old grandson learned how to work it within a couple of days, but I still recommend adult supervision as toddlers are playing with it. The sound is not too loud but loud enough. The smoke comes out of the top and the sides, Which adds to the fun. I did purchase the added warranty for three years just because it was only $8.99 and I think it is worth it. I think we will keep it out all year and not just for Christmas.

I had an issues . Couldn’t understand y my train wasn’t working!! Amazon and company came through for me, timely. It was , charging train. Company is reviewing instructions and Now- we are enjoying the train- has horn, smoke and steam. Soo enjoyable. Thank you KiKi from Hot Bee!!!

This train was easy to set up and worked great right out of the box. We charged the battery - took about an hour. The metal engine is heavy duty and looks like the old time train engines. Smoke works great. You only need to fill the engine with 1/3 of what the water bottle will hold. Remote is easy to use. All around well made train!!
