A self care tool that is easy to use! The battery last long enough to get things done, the size is comfortable and not bulky, this is definitely worth buying!

I purchased the Chirp and am beyond impressed. The three-speed settings are fantastic, but the highest RPM speed is the real star here. It truly works deep into the muscle fascia, providing incredible relief and helping me recover faster after workouts. The build quality feels premium, and it's super easy to use. If you're looking for something to really target those tight spots and improve mobility, this is it! Highly recommend it for anyone serious about muscle care.My stretch therapist uses it on me and I had to get one for home!

Firstly, I love this item. It's amazing for the feet, legs and sides of torso. In the doc, you can use it hands free. You can also adjust the direction in which the device is spinning, which is great since some directions feel better depending on the direction of the muscle fibers. Great for forarms too.Negatives: When it is off the doc, you HAVE to press the button to keep it working. It's not a deal breaker, but it prevents me from getting certain areas that I might be able to, if not for the fact a finger needs to be on the button.It's also a bit expensive for what it is over all. I have the theragun pro, so if I was debating between the two, theragun all day long for the price. Overall though, I do love this device and use it regularly. Maybe with time they will fix the design flaw and potentially bring the price point down just a bit.

I went back and forth on whether to buy the full size or the mini version. I read that on the full size version you have to hold the button down to keep it running. Because of that, I went with the mini.What I would say is, if you want this primarily for areas like your neck and shoulders, get the mini. You don't want to have to hold the button when trying to get to those areas. If you're more focused on legs and hamstrings, get the full sized. The mini is great on legs too but the design and size of the big one would be better for those areas.It works well enough that I may get the big one too. My main issue lately is cramps in my neck, but I also have to keep my hamstrings loose to avoid back issues. Good product.

** I am editing this revew as the company is send a new one"We gave this as a Christmas gift to our daughter. It stopped working Feb 1, 2025. So it only worked for just 5 weeks. Very disappointed in it.I contacted the company and they requested a short video of why it was not working. They then sent out a new one.

Gabe this to my husband for Christmas and he uses it daily. It’s very easy to just on yourself and on others. The different speeds are great and the battery holds power for many uses.
