Amazing tool, specially for the money
This feels like it should be more expensive than it is. I was able to pull out all the frets of my 70s lotus Les Paul with only on small chip made in the wood (not the tools fault). Take your time and go slowly across each fret and it won't do you wrong. Can't imagine it being any easierOh, and making sure the fretboard isnt too dry is important as well.

Super pour les petites frets vintage !
Super bien petit maniable ! Que du positif pour ma part j'ai retiré des frets vintage sur ma les paul sans soucie ! Il faut toujours bien préparer et protéger la guitare bien sûre mais ils ont facilité mon travail !

Small and effective
Works well. It's small with delicate tips so the frets come out slowly but with little chipping. Can't imagine using it to cut fretwire though - it's nothing like the real nippers.

Tape around the frets as the pliers have a sharp edge
Can't think of any dislikes, they work well. Replaced frets on an old squire tele. Fretboard had been sprayed,so I cut around edge of frets first. The pliers easily got under the fret to free them up. Good product.

Not effective
The tip of the pliers that should slide under the fret crown is very blunt. I have to squeeze quite hard and the with a "snap" the jaws finally go under the fret violently and cause damage to the fretboard.
