Have tremors - worth a try.
I bought this for my mom who has severe hand tremors. She has been so frustrated trying to do normal things like writing a grocery list or birthday card. She was reluctant at first to give this a try since it is "fat" but after spending some weeks using it she has found it has really helped her with writing clearer. It was well worth the money for her even to try and I completely expect her to continue to use and refill this pen.

Great for shakey hands
Bought this for a friend with Shakey hands. He was having trouble signing checks. This has definitely helped him feel comfortable signing paperwork. It doesn't totally stop the shakes but it does help. I have also used the pen to help fill out paperwork for him. Writes very smooth. Takes a few minutes to get use to the thickness of the pen but once you get use to the thickness it's actually comfortable to hold. I would recommend this if you need a weighted pen.

Weighted wrong
Weight is all in the front end, in the black area. The wideness of it feels really weird. Not a full sized pen in length. Not what i was hoping for.

I love the ease in writing with this pen. The grip on the pen helps my little arthritc fingers to glide over the paper

This is a remarkable help, especially to those with hand tremors. The only reason I passed mine along to a friend is that my fingers are small. Getting the right grip on that big boy just didn't work for me, but does for someone with a more average or even large hand.

Not good for use by people with finger arthritis
It was too heavy and did not help with the finger pain to allow me to write well.
