Great product
This is a genuine product from Dermatica. I’m happy with the results. Helps keep my skin clear and smooth and really helps reduce any redness. Sinks in well, wears well under other products. Lasts quite a while as only small amount needed. A crucial part of my skin care routine. Was lucky to get this before sold out. Dermatica have a supple problem at moment which they are hopefully sorting soon.

Killed my red blotches in days
This azelaic acid is absolutely brilliant. I had a one centimetre red blotch on my face which did not respond to treatment such as vitamin E or tea tree oil, which I would typically try first. It seemed to be growing over a couple of weeks and another very small one appeared on my other cheek. After researching, I discovered azelaic acid and chose the Dermatica cream as, though it is not the cheapest, it comes highly recommended and is made in UK. Also it is 15% azelaic acid whilst most others seemed to be 12%.Less than a week, applying a tiny spot to each red area twice a day and the blotches are almost gone. I doubt if anyone else can even notice them at this point.I haven't noticed any difference to spots of sun-damaged brownish pigment which is also reputed to be lessened by azelaic acid but will keep going on that.BTW I suggest you may want to think carefully before buying the much cheaper azelaic acid cream made in a country I won't mention as the amount of azelaic acid in the product is not stated. At the same time, this country does not necessarily stick to required standards which we expect in UK and Europe. I know for certain because I lived there. I'm not saying all generic products are necessarily poor; it depends on the country of origin.BTW I'm female and 75 and have never had the red blotches before. I couldn't identify them for certain but definitely not rosacea.Highly recommend this azelaic acid lotion and hope it works for you too.

Wonderful for roseaca
I was gutted when I couldn’t find the Dermatica 20% azelaic acid anywhere - think it must have been discontinued. This 15% seems to be the replacement. The 20% has been my go to for a long time - the only product ever to reduce the redness of my roseaca. It also massively improved the texture of my skin.So far the 15% doing ok, though not as well as the 20% which honestly made such a difference. My redness is more noticeable with the 15% but still not as bad as I know it can be!I’ve tried other AZ products - this is the only one where I saw a genuinely noticeable difference in my skin.If Dermatica ever read these comments - please bring back the 20%!!!(4 stars because it’s not as good as the 20%)(Aside from the roseaca, I have mainly dry sometimes combination skin, I’m fair with freckles)

Game changer for me
Seven months ago I started noticing my skin was getting redder and more inflamed every day. I've had several different, often conflicting diagnosis - mainly acne and rosacea, but the medications and creams I was given by my doctors didn't help. I looked around trying to find a product that could seemed to have benefits to both of these conditions and decided to try this Azaleic Acid. It's very easy to apply - the nozzle allows me to get just the right (pea sized) amount out of the bottle, no mess, no fuss. The bottle has clear instructions for use, start by using it once a day then build up to morning and night. This does create a slight tingling sensation on my skin, but not burning feeling, which from my reading is typical and shows the product is working. It's a very mild feeling and doesn't bother me at all, especially after regular use.I'm careful to space the use of this out - giving at least 10-15 mins before moisturising to avoid diluting the effect of this. This is a product that requires patience. You will not see immediate results instantly. It has taken several months of consistent, mostly daily use, to start seeing my skin coming back to a lighter, more natural shade and for my breakouts to reduce. Luckily, I purchased 4 months ago and there still seems to be a decent amount left in the bottle, so I feel that the £20 I spent on it has been good value for money, as it's lasted quite a while and just a small amount a day, combined with other effective skin care habits, has gone a long way to restoring my skin and my confidence.Very much recommended.

No Azelaic Acid in ingredients
I've bought this a couple of times and used without issue, but to no great effect. Then I read some reviews saying it was not genuine and did not contain Azelaic Acid. So I checked my bottle and took off the sticker, and sure enough, there was a different set of ingredients listed without Azelaic Acid. The seller needs to explain this.
