This vest is super comfortable. I have lymphedema after breast cancer surgery/reconstruction and I've tried every type of compression cami, including two that are custom made. This vest fits like a dream, the compression is light but firm and the fabric is lightweight and breathable. It seems durable, so far I've had this a few months, worn it 1-2 times a week, machine washed and air dried it without any pulls or snags. I don't put it in the dryer, since heat might damage the elastic. I showed it to my physical therapist and she will recommend it to her other clients who cant bear wearing bras over their incisions, like me. I recommend this vest for anyone who just wants a smooth line from top to bottom. On me it fits just like the picture and it rolls up a bit but as long as it's tucked into slacks or tights it stays put. However there is no elastic around the bottom edge. This gives me more than enough support, but again since my reconstruction gravity isn't a problem, it's pressure on incisions that makes a regular bra impossible. Women with very full natural breasts may need to wear this over a bra for more support.

I have Multiple Sclorosis and due to nerve pain cannot wear a regular bra, sports bra or anything that has an elastic band that goes under the breasts.These undershirts allow me to feel like I have some support ( I am a D cup) so that I am not embarrassed in public.I was super glad to find them since it has been a year and many wasted dollars to get here. If you have nerve pain or just hate bras then this is for you.

Pros: There was an interchangeable front and back where one side was V neck and the other was scoop neck.Cons: I am not sure what this is garment is supposed to be because:1. In the nude the fabric was too thin (you could see the edge of my pants and my skin underneath *my moles were visible (this is not concealing)2. The fabric is not compressing (this garment in no way performed like a Spanx) thus was not useful.3. The length was not long enough - 25 inches or so in XXL. (so this was not long enough to be a layer under my cashmere and worse actually rolled back up on my abdomen)4. The V was too low for this to function as a "camisole" for those shirts that are just too low.

So first the good, I got a 3x, it fits and is comfortable. There are no seams, no bottom hem so everything is smooth. It’s not shapewear, not at all spanx-like, doesn’t constrict. You do need a bra, there isn’t one built in, it’s very light, really thin, doesn’t provide any support at all if that’s what you’re looking for. But the major not so good is that it rides up. I’ve been wearing it all day, have pulled it down countless times. It slips all the way up to LITERALLY roll above the boobs, if you don’t pull it down constantly which is unacceptable especially if you have the top of it showing under a button down shirt like a shell which is how I’m wearing it today. I’m very disappointed because I liked it otherwise, and now that I’ve worn it can’t really send it back.

I really like this smoother and I've been wearing it more and more. I bought it because I have a few bras that fit really well, however you can see the lace underneath certain tops. I also wanted to smooth out my midsection underneath my work clothes. This helps in both those areas with aplomb. Quite comfortable and I can hang it up and air it out after a day of wearing and be able to wear it a second day without washing - however, it needs a wash after the second day of wearing. I wash this on delicates and line dry.The only reason I took off a star is I have wider hips and I find myself having to adjust and pull the tank down because it does roll up, even though it reaches down to my hips. I would definitely purchase another one of these to have more than one in rotation. I'm happy with it. For the record I'm a size 16/16W and 5'8".

At first, I was disappointed to see that there were no seams on the cami, and the edges were just fused.That has always seemed cheap to me. However, I really liked the fit and feel of the fabric. It didn't ride up at all during the day, and wasn't hot to wear. The cami isn't meant to replace a corset; it isn't going to hold anything in. It does what a cami should do, which is to make sure your shirt just glides over your body. I just ordered another.

Bought two sizes, XL was so tight I could hardly get it on, XXL was so big there was no compression. If you have a large bust it just squeezes it uncomfortably. The fabric is nice but the edges under the arms feel sharp.

Didnt think this would work very flimsy I had previously bought a flexee brand name at dept. Store needed new one and put product code to order the same heavy duty support..was totally different from the first one I bought in store.I was discouraged until I tried it on.....but to my surprise it smoothed out my shape and also helped giving minimum support to my back...bought 2 am going to purchase more....felt very light on not tight like a girdle...I would recommend this...I wear ever day...
