Best aquarium heater I've had
My Aquatop heater went out after about 6 months of use, so I was badly in need of a heater for my 75 gallon. I decided i would like to replace it with a digital display heater, and this one hasn't disappointed. The settings are a little challenging to figure out at first but after reading the directions a few times I got the hang of it. The digital display is actually pretty accurate against my two mercury thermometers, and with my sensor on one side of the tank, heater on the other, and decent flow around the tank it all seems to be an even temperature. Ive had this heater running since late November and its been just as reliable as day one. If anything changes ill update this review, but so far I am very pleased with this and my Hygger lights.

Love it
Love it. So much easier setting it to a specific temperature. Not having to guess what setting toy have is worth the money alone.

Quality
The built quality of these heaters leaves me confident they are going to keep this 5 star review. Good control of the temperature. Independent temperature sensor allows you to get an accurate temperature of whatever part of the tank you want. Very easy to setup. Controls are clear and easy.

Terrible suction cups!! Secure your temp probe another way or buy a different heater.
Terrible suction cups! I am so bummed! I Lost my 2 clowns and a few corals because the suction cups on the heater and probe are terrible and don’t stay stuck on the glass for more than a few minutes. I have circulators and the probe suction cup failed and the probe came out of the tank so the heater kept on heating… my poor fish! The temp reading always looked fine where it should be but the probe was reading the room air temp, not the water temp. Buyer beware!! Needs better suction cups or get used to sticking them every few minutes. Sad, sad day!!

Unit works fine temp probe not accurate
Finally got around to using the product. Took forever to get everything to make my upgrade.The unit works and heats the tank properly but the temp is way off.I had to set the heater to 80 to get my 77.5 degree temp I run my tank on. I trust my heater probe with my controller that I have calibrated with multiple devices to get it as accurate as I can. So the only negative so far is you got to set the temp higher on the unit to get the proper temp. Setting it to 77 I was only getting 74.5 degree water

Works great
Works exactly as it should. Temp has been spot on compared to multiple other temp readings. Holds real steady even in this cold snap where the temp in our house dropped to 68°F. Really happy with this purchase!

Great heater at a great price
Heater got my son’s 55 gallon turtle tank to 74 degrees in a few hours and maintains that temp accurately and easily. The probe and thermostat are very accurate
