Best Vitamin D supplement
We’ve been taking this for years and it is the best supplement from a reputable company that, in my opinion, is truly invested in our health and wellness. Highly recommend!

Convenient and good flavor
10,000 IU's in 5 sprays. Has a good grapefruit flavor. The servings might be less than advertised though.

Over the vegan trend
The source of vitamin D might be vegan but also one of the least efficient for humans. Good product, but I need more IU.

Good taste
I love love love these. I wish I could find my favorite flavor the grapefruit but this is actually good as well. 3 sprays. Easy to digest no after taste and I love how so simple it is to get my daily intake.

very little bottle not worth the money
I like ONNIT products but was disappointed in this spray. It calls for 5 sprays each dose. The bottle is so small that it did not last very long. Not worth the money.

Better then mint flavored
Flavor and ease of use. Spray is a great way to up D and I like that it comes with K for better absorption.

Optional way to boost your levels of vitamin D
I have read that "MCTs, also called “MCFAs” for medium-chain fatty acids, are believed to be largely missing from the diets of people eating “standard Western” diets". Also have read that "oral spray vitamin D3 is just as effective as capsule supplementation". Easy to use with meals. I enjoy the non-flavor (not overwhelmingly sweet/fruity). Doesn't taste oily. Hoping for better Vit-D lab results to determine efficacy
