Q: Will this work for a jetski?

It's a great epoxy, it worked on everything I've used it for. I don't have a jet ski, but I have used it on my boat. However, a Jet ski needs a water proof, strong solution, that can really take the pounding. You should also look at 3M's 5200 Marine Adhesive sealant.

Q: I know this is unconventional, but would this work to seal a very tiny A/c condenser leak? My teen’s car and it is older & not worth the $1200 repair.

I've used Marine-Tex for years, for every kind of repair. Epoxies made for marine use are the best, another you could look at is 3M Adhesive sealant "Fast Cure 5200". Considering the alternative, ($1,200.00 repair) it's well worth a try. Be generous, clean the surface, and then cover the leak with a glob. Marine -Tex is a 2 part epoxy, put the caps back on, and you have it for future repairs.

Q: Will this hold the water jacket side of a motor block?

I'm not sure, marine tex can be sensitive to extreme vibration. However, it sounds like you will need a lot more marine tex than these 2 little tubes will provide. I recommend you consider the original 2 oz or larger marine-tex. This will provide a long lasting great bond. I've used it on car engine parts, and I used it once to fix a hole in a 65 Johnson outboard motor.

Q: does surface have to be dry when applying marine-tex?

It best to have the surface dry.
