First time trying eletrolytes, good product, helps with headache when long fasting.Took a star off as its too sweet for me, when on keto felt the really strong sweetness.It suggests 1 scoop per pint, but im doing half scoop per pint….less sweet

Tastes great where as other similar products seem to have an odd artificial taste about them. This definitely made me feel hydrated and the mineralContent is not a list of artificialIngredients.

It's meant to be health but it's full of multidextryn yes Dr advise is not to have multidextryn because in is words it's higher than suger in the clycemic indexSo I won't buy it againAll so I don't think it's value for money I was very shocked how small the tub was compared to what other brands I've had previouslyIt's to expensive as well for what it is it paints it self as healthy but multidextryn is not healthy I'm happy to corrected

It almost tastes like pure stevia!
It is a good electrolyte product but it contains an obscene amount of sweetener (stevia) which makes it taste very bad.I think the stevia is there to counteract the taste of the electrolyte salts but quite honestly it has been added at a high proportion and hence the usual artificial sweetener taste is dominating.Bottom line, if you (like me) dislike the taste of artificial sweeteners, you will most likely not enjoying this product. If, on the other hand, you are familiar with artificial sweeteners and not bothered by their taste, then this product is well worth the try.PS: I bought it as it bears the name of Dr. Berg, who I appreciate a lot for his good and insightful advice.PS2: to Dr. Berg: if you reading this, please come up with an unsweetened version of the powder.
