Easy to install and you cannot beat the price I paid $20 and got music and a telephone in my helmet. I think the reviews that state it’s too quite either have a super loud bike or didn’t set the speakers properly I have a relatively loud bike and going 80mph the sound in my headphones before this would go dull and drown out but I can take my bike up to speed and hear perfectly it’s not supposed to be crazy loud due to having to hear traffic around you best bang for ya buck I charge it once a week and don’t have to as plenty of battery is left. Easy to connect to my bike and super easy to use all the functions. Highly recommend if your on a budget

I can't comment on the mic because I haven't used it, but the speaker quality is great. I was on the highway, and had in ear plugs and couldn't hear any wind but I could still hear the music just fine. I paused it to see the difference and the highway noises were insane in comparison. Worth way more than it's priced for that alone in my opinion

Easy to install and use inside my motorcycle helmet but volume level is not as loud as I think is should be. I have not used it much but I think when I get on a freeway going over 55 mph it will not be loud enough to hear clearly.

It works, but is fairly quiet. I can hear it up to about 40mph on a harley.

It is very easy to install there is crisp sound it feels like you're not on a motorcycle with any outside noise.

The unit that was sent to me had already been opened, it had already been installed in someone else's helmet. There was no stickers to adhere the headphone speakers to the inside of the helmet. You can also tell that the headphones were used because they're covered in hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Whoever had it before, must have laid the instructions down in water, because half the words are melted off. If I wanted to use product, then I would have ordered a used product!
