Dynamax 12lb Soft-Shell Medicine Ball Standard

I have worked out with Dynamax, Rogue and several other brands at crossfit boxes. Dynamax is the best. I have carpal tunnel in one of my wrists. The soft sides makes it easier on my wrists when tossing/catching the ball. Rogue is hard as a rock. I bought a Dynamax to use at home. I use it nearly every day for sit ups, cleans, wallballs. it is very well made and I will be buying a heavier one in the future.

I recently started taking my workouts more seriously… and built a workout routine that I can do at my home. In addition to the convenience of working out at home, I can save money by sticking to my home workout routine. In my experience from the few Gyms I have been part taught me that Dynamax has the most evenly distributed weight, feels comfortable in your hands. It’s also very durable (vs. the other brands I have used). I use this product in my core workout, and use by slamming in on walls and floors. It is study and does not bounce. Plan to by an 8 lb one also.
