Great book!
Okay, Great materials to reviews. Explanation is detailed. But this paper cut is not good

Good if you’re taking GRE in chemistry without prior chemistry background
Some sections are oversimplified, others not explained well enough. Many questions repeat in an only slightly changed form but basically testing the same set of skills.

Good
Thank you

not very helpful
the sample questions are much easier than the actual questions in the GRE chemistry.

It’s an okay book
This book was alright, but it needs improvement.1) Some of the explanations for simple problems are really long and unnecessary, while some explanations for harder problems are often short and vague, which makes it hard to understand why I’m getting some of these practice problems wrong. For example, the explanation for problem 28 in the quantum mechanics chapter does not include mathematical equations to explain the answer. The explanation is just a bunch of short, poorly written/vague paragraphs.2) There needs to be a wider variety of questions in this book. A lot of the questions in each chapter are similar questions that are either worded differently, or the same math problems that just have different numbers. Some of the chapters also do not cover important topics that the ETS website says are covered on the actual exam (for example, in the quantum mechanics section of the exam, it says there will be questions regarding wavefunctions, mathematical operators, and the schrodinger equation. The quantum mechanics chapter in this book is only 30 questions pertaining to only the photoelectric effect and calculations using the energy of a photon equation.Overall it’s a decent book, but it needs to be expanded. It does not cover a lot of the major topics that are covered in an undergraduate curriculum that will be on the GRE.
