I’ve purchased two of these cables and both have been excellent. Build quality feels premium, with solid connectors and a durable outer braid. They handle high-resolution and high-refresh output without any dropouts, flicker, or signal issues. Plug-and-play with no setup hassle, and they perform exactly as advertised. Two minor points: the cable is fairly stiff compared to basic HDMI leads, and the connectors are slightly bulky in tight spaces. Neither affects performance. Overall, reliable, well-made, and worth paying a bit extra for. I’d buy them again without hesitation.

The cable itself is built very well. Bothered ends are metal and the cable is braided. It’s feels really high quality. The joins are reinforced so that the wire does not get damaged if bent to fit in. I have had no issue with any flickering or the screen going black or anything like this. This is expected as it is hdmi certified. However there is one small issue with the cable. It fits quite loosely into the monitor. This is an issue of the cable not the monitor as I have to hdmi cords attached and the other is nice and tight. It has slipped out twice so far but after moving the position of the cable it fits a lot better and hasn’t fallen out since It is also worth noting the type of hdmi port you are plugging this into. HDMI 2.1 will work with every hdmi port, but if the port is slower (e.g. 2.0) you will only get the slower speed (2.0) so it is worth checking the hdmi port on your tv or monitor and may be worth considering ordering a display port cable instead as the older and slower versions till offer great resolutions at high frame rates as I would recommend this cable

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Cable — Real Difference in HDR+ / Dolby Vision I’m very impressed with this UGREEN HDMI 2.1 cable. I’m using it to connect my Apple TV to my LG OLED TV, and the colour quality with HDR+ and Dolby Vision has visibly improved. The images are richer, more vivid — the difference is not subtle. So far, the build and performance have been flawless. No flicker, no dropouts, and the cable feels very solid and well-made. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get the most out of their HDR-capable setup.

I previously got a "slim and thin" HDMI 2.1 cable from UGREEN which worked perfectly, both for direct connection just to a 4K player, and as the main eARC connection to my receiver. I decided to get another cable for the main eARC connection to my receiver so I went for this one that is a bit 'chunkier' and more substantial. I'm not sure really if it's necessary since the "slim and thin" one works just fine for this, but for the main system 'pipe' I decided to go with the thicker one. Possibly the extra thickness is just padding or shielding. The attached pictures show the difference. The end of this one is about twice the size of the "slim and thin" one while the cable is maybe half as thick again. But the end is not too big to be manageable and plugs easily into my receiver and TV with a solid feeling connection with little play. The braided cable is not too stiff either. It worked perfectly as soon as I fired up my system with no delays or image issues. In the packaging the cable came in a re-sealable pack and inside this was fully shrink-wrapped in quite thick plastic. So it was double-packaged basically. This shows good attention to detail. It seems very high quality and well made. I feel confident this cable is going to keep me well connected and future proof for a good while. Highly recommended.

I got this UGREEN HDMI 2.1 cable specifically for my Xbox Series X, and it’s been spot on. I’m getting 4K at 120Hz with no issues at all—smooth gameplay, crisp visuals, and no flickering or signal drops. It also handles Dolby Vision and Atmos perfectly, which makes gaming and streaming even better. The cable itself feels really solid nice and thick without being too stiff, and the connectors fit tightly into both the Xbox and TV ports. At 1 metre long, it’s the right length for my setup with no messy overhang. Definitely worth it if you want to get the most out of your Xbox. It just works.

Superb HDMI cable. My main AV set-up uses Audioquest cables and this HDMI cable really does make me question why I spent so much money on them. Currently using this hdmi on a PC /4K OLED display and its performance is perfect. Why pay more when UGreen make some absolutely superb cables at a fraction of the cost. Build quality is outstanding at the price point. Wholeheartedly recommend!

5 out of 5. Once again a good product from ugreen, The cable handled 4k at 120Hz to my TV with no issues. It is more expensive than most HDMI cables but for one which is 10 meters and is not glass fibre its worth the extra cost. The cable is quite a lot stiffer than a normal hdmi cable which might make it hard to run through trunking but as its copper not glass fibre there is not much risk of snapping the inside by bending too hard. Overall another good product from ugreen
