When visiting the USA I have used this sim provider for 3 years; I have never had a problem. Activation; prior to your first use in the USA: is essential. I put mine in the day before travel and it works perfectly when I arrive. The sim is linked to the T Mobile network and there is good 5G almost everywhere in the USA. Make sure your phone is compatible with this service- there is an online checker within the activation website. This sim can be refilled if you find you need more days of service. Customer service replies speedily,but remember the service is, depending where you are in the USA, many timezones ahead of you and may be sleeping! The sim is very good value for money.

I followed all the instructions carefully and pre registered the sim. On putting it into my phone as I arrived in America, the phone recognised the sim, then the phone heated up and shut down. The phone became completely unusable and I needed to get it looked at to get it working again. Sim was useless and left me abroad with no sim or data. Customer support non existent and when I tried contacting them via Amazon, the contact link took me to an expired page. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra, so no reason this should have happened. Will never use again. Terrible.

Worked well, easy set up conected immediately when switched phone on. I was apprehensive when I bought it, but thought I would try it. Pleased I did no problems with it.

Activated and connected reasonably easily, though there are a number of intermediaries involved (ie. between you and T-Mobile.) and some of the translations of the instructions are a little hard to follow.The 28 day period is now over, but it's a little unclear how the chip can be topped up for another month. No facility to do this seems to exist in the webpage for the account....

Registered the SIM 24 hours before leaving home, put it into an unlocked phone once in USA and has worked great, even using it to write this teview

This was excellent on our USA trip. Provided details about 4 days prior to travelling and it activated right on time as I left the plane. 5G everywhere we went. Calls to various US places and firms as we needed and friends etc could call and text us. Will definitely buy again next year.

I checked that my phone was compatible. I booked in the activation date well in advance of my travels. Literally the date I'm leaving, they contact me to say it isn't compatible. What?! No help or service, contact on WhatsApp doesn't work. I'm now going on a plane with no way to do anything I've planned because of this ridiculous service!! Don't waste your time!

Used it on a recent work trip to Houston. It was easy enough to set up and was activated without any issues. Worked fine when I was over there. Would purchase again!
