Fantastic!
As a player of some 30 + years experience this Ibanez was the first one that I have ever picked up.At heart, I am a Strat and Tele player but have had Les Paul's and Wolfgang's amongst the guitars that I have bought over the years. They were ok but nothing to really sway me from the Strat, but this JEM is, to pardon the pun, a little gem!It's fantastically put together, has a nice weight to it - not too heavy - good finish and good hardware. Importantly enough, the neck feels fantastic and the pickups are not only brilliant at high gain settings but clean up wonderfully on lower settings. The combination of humbuckers and the single coil makes this a very versatile weapon!Whilst it's never going to unseat my love for all things Fender it does run it a close 2nd! Suffice to say that it won't be the only JEM I will have.Fantastic guitar at any price..
