1cm reduction. Works, simple, stops a too big hat coming off.
Very easy to use. I have used 2 sets for 2 56cm hats, and there's a good 4cm left to cut off. Make sure you clean the rim of the hat properly before trying to stick it on, even if it's new it's covered in dirt and grease. Use an alcohol based cleaner to make sure it sticks and stays. Two hats that have always been 1cm too big now fit perfectly as 55cm. Yes, 1cm is about the reduction.

Works But Not A Long Term Solution
The strip works but after a while the adhesive gives up and you have to repeat the process. Best for an occasional wear not a regular wear

Impressed
Use this for my rain hat.It's super!I have walked in the wind and the rain and everything has comfortably remained in place.I was most pleasantly surprised!

over priced and useless
I was shocked to receive a tiny piece of thin cheap foam. I can’t believe the cost of it for what you get. It doesn’t even work. For that price you would expect a roll and even then it would be poor value. You might as well buy a piece of foam from a kids craft shop and cut a strip yourself for pennies. I’m so disappointed and angry at what I received. It’s a joke. There customer service is terrible too. I fed back how unhappy I was and they emailed back telling me I am wrong and offering me no solution to sort it out.

Shrinking band
Easy to fit. Would have liked the band to be thicker and take up more room. It is very difficult to find hats to fit a 54cm head as most are made to 57cm. This took up about 2cm of the gap. So better but not perfect.
