Great value pack
This is a great value set of 8 disposable razors, they work out just over £1 each which is great. The razors are comfortable to hold and use and also have a cooling strip to help with comfort while shaving which I haven't had with a disposable before so that is a nice and useful addition. These shave perfectly, nice and close and without any irritation for me and due to the quality, just one is lasting a long time so the pack of 8 will do me a while. Love these, would buy again, recommended.

8 razors at great value
Ok so disposable razors have been around a long time, I am not sure I expected anything revolutionary from this package but I was reasonably pleased with the razors I got.The cooling strip really does work on small nicks and irritation, my face did not feel razor burn. With that said I did find I was going over my face more often to get all of the hair than I might with my safety razor, this is a minor inconvenience and depending how often you shave you might not even have that experience.I have based that part of my review on the first few uses, as I typically get a lot more uses from a disposable than they advertise, so I do not judge beyond that number, plus some of us do the ol' scraping the razor on some denim or leather to sharpen it a bit... But enough about that...Value wise it is great to get 8 decent quality razors at this price point, from a brand like Wilkinson. Cannot go wrong with these.

Great disposable razors
As far as disposable razors go, these ones are pretty good!Wilkinson Sword is a well known and trusted brand so I expected good quality and that’s definitely what I got. The blades are flexible and therefore contour to the shape of your face/body when using which means fewer passes with the razor so less shaving rash. You get 8 razors in this pack and at their current price, I feel this is pretty good value for money at just over £1 each. They’re comfortable to hold and are ideal for travelling with.Happy to recommend 😊

Not a great shaving option
I didn’t find these disposable razors provided a very good or comfortable shave with glide strips that didn’t glide very effectively and a repeated need to go back over the same ground to ensure a thorough shave. There are eight handled razors in a pack and each blade is protected by a small plastic cover that is easily removed. The handle is comfortable to grip, ergonomic and doesn’t slip even when wet or covered in gel/foam. However, despite being suitable for up to 11 shaves each, the blades were catching on skin during just the first use and, whilst I escaped cuts, they don’t feel worth putting into a bag for a trip away or an emergency need at the office when there are far better full/partial disposables available.

Head is a bit flimsy and rather too lubricated
I've always had environmental concerns about disposable razors and the amount of plastics involved, so it's nice to see that recycled plastics have been used with these. This is a pack of 8 razors boating up to 11 shaves per razor. Each razor has a protective strip that you unclip to expose the blade head. The handle is very grippy in all the right places and the razor feels very light in the hand. As you start shaving, the lubricant begins to dissolve and I found it was actually quite thick. There were strings of lubricant coming away from my face with each stroke. The blades then started to clog with the hairs/soap/lubricant. I usually tap a razor on the side of the wash basin and rinse through when this kind of thing happens and when I did this the head fell off the razor. I re-attached to the handle and continued. More lubricant was being created and it started to become an obstacle to getting a close shave. Once complete, there was a lot of lubricant left on my face that took a lot of rinsing to get off. The end result is that I have no sore patches on my face at all due to all the lubrication! Overall, the end result is good, but it felt like a bit of a hassle getting there.

Does a great job for a disposable
I've always assumed that disposables are of inferior quality to those where you only replace the heads, but I suppose thats the important bit anyway right. Having recently tried these in a similar style (sensitive I think) I was keen to see if these were just as good despite having 2 less blades than my usual. I was not dissapointed, used one to get a close shave on my head and face with no issues. Will continue to look for offers on these and the brand in general - they do just as good for me as the others I've had and make life easier when travelling or wanting a quick fix.

Acceptable shave even on day 7 good choice for travel bags
Wilkinson Sword Xtreme 3 Ultimate Comfort Disposable Razors are an interesting lesson in cost control. A pack of 8 razors at a good price. Not a refill pack; 8 complete razors, each with 3 blades. The shave is close, not as close as a 5-blade razor. I didn’t get any pulls or cuts; I have used it with a shaving gel; despite the claims about the lubricating layer, you still need a gel or lubricant to help run over your face. The razors shave head has a small vertical articulation that follows your face. I used the same razor for the last week and the 3 blades survived I haven’t made it to the 11 use per razor that is stated in the description. Happy to believe its accurate though as there is no rusting or cuts yet. If you want a lightweight razor to take on vacation these are a good option.
