Feeling Sluggish
This product really helped me , with feeling a bit sluggish at times , it’s given me energy & makes me feel good overall….im use to giving myself injections of B12 I get from Mexico which I’m out of and will b for a while till I’m able to go back and get ….It’s not an immediate affect as an injection but taking it over a day or two I started feeling the effects of it , it’s been about two weeks since I last use this product and I gotta say I’m not feeling sluggish and I have a bit more energy I’m 58 and at times I did feel I wasn’t popping out of bed like I’m use to and I know it was because I wasn’t taking the injections of B12 for a good while …This product has really been good for me , when I opened bottle for first time I could smell the B12 …If you’re feeling a bit sluggish low energy I do recommend this product…

Great product
It's hard for me to find anything that helps me with my energy levels. This really helps me have energy to make it through 70 percent if my day. That says alot for me as I suffer from extreme fatigue. Flavor is ok but you do taste the iron taste in it. Great product overall.

Cinnamon flavoring is the reason I bought this.
I have ordered from this company two times now. I love the mellow taste of their liquid. Some companies do not make vitamins taste very good, but this has a cinnamon flavor. I purchased a two pack. Excellent deal. I do not eat meat so this supplement works well for me.

Falls out of the original packaging
be careful when you open the envelope. this is the 3rd time i have ordered this and all three times, the cardboard that the bottles are in is flimsy. open the envelope over something soft like your bed or sofa because they just fall out. the first time it landed on my porcelain floor and one of the bottles broke. i do love the product but not the container it comes in. be careful.

Toxic Overdose of B12
I'm not sure why the manufacturer would put 5,000mg of B12 in this supplement which is 200% of the daily requirement. B3, B6, B9 are correctly provided for at 100% of the daily requirement.It is my fault for not researching the daily requirements before I used this product. I just followed the dosage recommended on the bottle. After 8 months taking this supplement, I'm experiencing an overdose of B12. My pee started smelling REALLY strong. The smell lingers in the bathroom even after flushing and excessive cleaning of the bowl. The smell is so strong we can't sleep with the bathroom door open.It took me a good few weeks to figure out that what I was smelling is the B12 vitamin being expelled from the overdose of this supplement.I started researching B vitamins and what the daily requirement actually is and found that this supplement is not balanced. If I reduce the dose I'm taking to correct the B12 needed, then I'm not getting what I need of B3, 6 and 9.I recommend that you find a supplement that provides a balance of B12, B3, B6 and B9 based on the daily requirement you need. More is not better. I've discontinued this product and I'm impatiently waiting for my body to clean it out of my system. Toxic overdose!
