I have probably left 5 reviews total over the past 5 years but felt like I had to give credit where it is due. This is a totally real unsolicited review. No discount or free product was provided by Redcon1. I take the recommended 4 capsules per dose 1/2 hour before a carb meal. I may be a hyper responder to this product but it really is amazing. My muscles feel pumped all the time. I am not a Placebo type person. I take a product then don't think about it and just let it work in the background.No hyperbole..it feels like being on a prohormone cycle as it relates to muscle fullness. The directions say take with a meal but I take it 30 min before to give the ingredients a chance to hit my system before the carbs get digested. I cant promise it will work the same for you but there are VERY few products that you can see and feel and for me this is one of them. I do intermittent fasting and only really eat 2 big meals per day and take 4 of these before each meal. GREAT PRODUCT! This is the only REDCON1 product I have taken.

I've tried a good amount of GDA's and this has the best formula. Yes, there are some other popular ones but this is a mix of the best glucose disposal ingredients packed into one (honestly, that's why there are 4 pills...there's A LOT of stuff in one serving).Berberine has been shown to be just as effective as Metformin...its in this and at a good dose.R-ALA is probably THE most popular single GDA/antioxidant...its in here and at a good dose.LOTS of Gymnema Sylvestre powder, another good GDA.Cinnamon is great.Banaba Leaf and Chromium have been used as GDAs for a long time as well.And as a plus, RPG gives you a good dose of Grains of Paradise as well. This is an extra plus as Grains of Paradise is THE new "non-stim fat burner" on the market. Studies have shown it really burns brown fat so this addition is great in the whole mix of this.Overall, you reallllly won't find a product with all of these OR with the amounts of each. I'm not a fan of Redcon in general, some shady stuff by their owners. But this product is just too well formulated for me NOT to buy.

This is the best nutrient partitioning supplement on the market right now. The ingredient profile is superb. I am getting excellent results and have confirmed lower glucose levels with my meter after every dose. .I have tried the other ones such as:Glycolog - Blackstone LabsPredator - Chaos and PainMany othersThey are garbage in comparison. You get excellent serving amounts with this.This has aided in my gym sessions. I feel much fuller and less tired during workouts. It has also increased my fat loss by not storing all those extra carbs I don't burn.If you need a glucose disposal supplement I honestly wouldn't bother with the others. This is a legit review i'm not a shill I've just been screwed over by other supplement companies and am happy I actually found one that does what it says it does.Flawless 5/5 thank you.

I am a huge fan of REDCON1 products. RPG is a great supplement for anyone looking to build muscle, lose weight, or tone up. Ive been out of the loop on supplements since i as in my mid 20s early 30s. I had major shoulder surgery over a year ago and put on alot of weight. I began to use REDCON1 products at the advice of a friend. I have nothing but great things to say. Like all legit supplements, they help supplement. Without hard work in the gym & healthy eating, supplements won't help much. RPG is one of several supplements that I am taking, I can say it does what it is supposed to do when those factors are in place. Im currently down 35lbs in 3 months, strength and cut very visible.

Awful. Made me feel ill and it's even worse the next day, if you know what I mean. I immediately discarded it. Don't waste your money, if you want to feel sick just eat some spoiled milk.
