These shoes are awesome! They have held up great and my very picky grandson absolutely loves them. My experience with Keen shoes for my grandkids has always been great. They fit as expected and apparently they are very comfortable. By the time he outgrows them, they are still in very good condition to where he can hand them down to his younger brother..

I like these shoes for my daughter because they have a heavy duty toe guard on them. This prevents premature wear on the shoes. Kids have the habit of kicking and dragging and I have had an issue with other shoes looking very poorly after a short while. I also like these because when it's wet outside many of the splashes in puddles are not an issue because of the more substantial rubber area and the rest of the material is a thicker canvas and suede that prevents most rain from soaking in. These don't have a great amount of cushion in my opinion however because she's only six she has the joy of having a young body that is mostly immune to an older bodies aches and pains. You could easy put a better insole in, the velcro closer makes them easy to adjust and it is a wider shoe than many. These are easy for her to put on and match outfits easily. I would recommend these and will probably buy another pair when she grows.

Overall, I really like these shoes. My son loves these shoes and he’s 3. He was always talking about rainbows because rainbow is his “favorite color”, so when I saw these, I had to get them. He loves wearing them everywhere and anywhere. I like the wide toe box to let me son’s feet breath and spread out in there. My son’s shoes have been all over, inside and outside, and still holding up strong after a little over a month. He is rough on stuff, believe me! Keen is always my go to shoe for my kids’ feet (and mine and my husband’s too!).

True to size, kid loves them. Great for climbing, apparently. The water does go into them, more like a water shoe than a hiker, which I wasn't sure of when I bought. Easy to clean.

I started buying keens for my kids about a year ago. Their first pair lasted them til they outgrew them! They were still in such good condition, I sold them at a local consignment sale. They’re very high-quality shoes that last. Plus the wide toe box is great for developing feet! I have a 9, 4, snd 1 year old. Keen’s are the only shoes I can keep on my 1 year olds thick, wide feet, and the only shoes my 9 year old doesn’t complain about wearing. I love them and recommend to everyone ☺️

Cute. Great for any outdoor activities. I suggest putting long socks or something past the ankle as part of the shoes rubbed against that area. But with long socks it was comfortable. Loved the bottoms as they helped with traction and protection on our hikes

I bought these for my 7 year son 6 months agoThey have worn very well, I washed and dried them a couple of weeks ago, and they shrunk. Oh OhMy son started wearing another pair of more expensive shoes - and after a few days told me he couldn’t climb and play at the park near as well as when he wore these shoes - so I ordered him another pair of these. He loves these shoes. Thankfully he was almost ready to go into the next bigger size anyway
